Job Description:

Homestead Hills is now accepting applications for Move-in Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating resident move-ins with Director of Facilities, Lifestyle Advisor and Members. Works with moving companies, telephone companies and family members as necessary. Has a working knowledge of all campus promotional materials and all legal and financial agreements between the campus and its residents and resident families. This position follows the application and contractual protocol for admitting new residents and checks in with new members daily within the first two weeks of their move in date.


Must be organized and able to deliver a high level of customer service.


Previous sales experience desired.


Experience and Skills:

  • High school graduation or GED required.
  • Certification or completed course work in office management desired.
  • Telephone operating and answering experience required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar concierge/administrative assistant position desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
